Julia Vuori’s Sika Books Go Anime
Anime production company Studio Perriot (Naruto, Bleach) has created four short episodes based on Julia Vuori’s children’s picture book Sika (Pig). In what seems to be a bid to bring the series to as little people as possible, they are only available to buy on a micro SD memory card, which is only being sold at the Eki Museum in Kyoto, Japan, during the ‘Julia Vuori Picture Book Original Drawing Exhibition’.
Finally, the videos can only be played via mobile phones from the Softbank mobile service provider. Sounds like a lot of hassle for such a short series!
